By accessing our Site or scheduling an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointment requests submitted through this Site, including online booking forms and contact forms, are not confirmed until you receive explicit validation from our office. Submission of an online request does not guarantee a specific appointment time. We will contact you to confirm scheduling details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting an appointment. Minty Smiles reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for lawful reasons.

Patients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours' advance notice may be subject to a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.

3. Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to text message communications, you consent to receive SMS messages from Minty Smiles. These messages may include appointment reminders, confirmation notices, post-care instructions, and administrative communications related to your care or account.
